About Us
The Anchor Team is comprised of a group of seasoned professionals who believe in and share the same philosophy - rebuilding our urban communities and providing quality affordable housing.
Our emphasis is on developing, managing, facilitating the construction and syndication of affordable multi-family and residential housing developments, and providing services to public housing on a national level. We will coordinate the renovation of existing homes and buildings
Our model is based on the following concepts:
